I have no idea what this girl's name is, but she's from FTVGirls, who still hasn't figured out that they need to watermark their photographs with the model's name.  But there is one more issue here.  Despite the fact that she is terribly cute and wears (or doesn't wear!) that dress well, who the hell did her make up and why did they put that reddish line down her right cheek?  Is that supposed to be BLUSH?
